Find me a coroner's or autopsy report that supports your claim.

The ones I've seen that involve guns always say "Cause of death - gunshot wound", or something similar.

I've never seen one that says "Cause of death - Caucasian male".

Yes, the law IS being enforced.

Which is why I read in the papers stories of women and children being threatened by husbands and mothers with guns?   I suppose they're the ones who got caught?

Still trolling hb, the law has been in force for nearly 20 years and you still try to smear LAFO with your ignorance

Where have I mentioned "law abidin' firearm owners" Baron?   You need to stop feeling persecuted.  Have you used your gun to threaten your missus?   Grin Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin

Quote:
Can you cite these articles where women and children are threatened by licenced firearm owners HB or did you pluck that from your ass?

Court hears man threatened partner with gun while detaining her in Broken Hill home

Going to apologise?  That's twice you've been caught out!   Grin Cheesy Grin Cheesy Grin Cheesy

When are you going to answer my questions HB,why are you avoiding them?

What questions?  I can only see one and that refers to me having a donkey that I pluck things from!   Grin Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin

OK, lets be silly for a moment. The gun didn't kill them or the bullet or the shooter. It was the wound. There, do you feel better now?

Have you found a coroner's report on a fatal shooting that lists the cause of death as "people"?

I didn't think so.

So, when the authorities take the coroners findings & investigate .... who are they looking for?  The firearm that fired the bullet that caused the wound the victim died from, or the person who used the firearm to fire the bullet, that caused the wound, that the victim died from?

Now when they catch the person that shot the gun, that fired the bullet, that caused the wound, that the victim died from, they arrest his gun ..... or do they arrest him?

When they go to trial who do they prosecute for the killing......the person that shot the gun, that fired the bullet, that caused the wound, that the victim died from, or the gun?

If the court is in NT then there might be questions to answer first, but everywhere else in the world, the person who is tried & or convicted is the one who they think did the killing.

Have you ever seen a gun convicted of killing anyone, & then sentenced for a crime (a killing) it was convicted of committing?

Take your time, but resistance is futile, even when the answer isn't the one you hoped for.

Raise the white flag.....your surrender is accepted with all due respect.

Who or what is charged with the killing (responsible)?

Take your time it may hurt a bit but I think you can work out who is responsible, regardless of your intellectual challenges.  Grin
