Im always happy to continue to celebrate all of the holidays Christianity has stolen because they have no real days of significance of their own.
Harvest celebrations and the change of seasons always seem to loom large on the significant and ancient celebrations Christians have stolen to mark the existence of their imagined deities.
Lets face it...if Jesus did exist he was only the leader of a weird insignificant cult that went around mooching off the hard working people of the time and as such was really no different from the nutbag cult leaders of today.

Thats what has had them at odds with Judaism since day one.
The Jews and Muslims say Jesus was a prophet of god like Moses and Mohammad where as the Christians say that he was God. Like I said..Im no expert on these things but Im sure thats pretty close to it.

I'm pretty sure that Christians mainly see Jesus as the "son of God" -- as in God impregnating the Virgin Mary. The very thought of people thinking that Jesus IS God is a new concept to me. I thought it a severe understatement of potential, back when I was attending church. As an atheist, I find it laughable.
