So what's the problem?

They were exonerated posthumously ~ and the rellies received a shitload of compensation to keep them in clover for the rest of their lives.

Just ask the rellies if they're sorry he was executed?  Cool

A minimum of $1million compensation EACH to the immediate family ...

How good is that?

If he ever tried to crawl out of the grave they'd hit him with a shovel and tell him to "STAY DOWN, YA BUM!"
