None that I saw in 6 years of casual work. Not a hijab to be seen anywhere. I think they were too busy pumping out their annual babies for the first 10 years of marriage.

Greek Orthodox, Lionel. Catholic Italians, but I was only commenting on the aging wives of couples who had already bought their dream homes ~ and some ~ and whose children were adults.
It just seemed a little absurd to me that while the Centrelink queues were packed with young singles and young married fellows, they couldn't get a job because
thousands of 'Maria's' and 'Helen's' right across Sydney and Melbourne were greedily helping their husbands pay off their fifth investment properties.
Under my rule no such ridiculous anomaly would be tolerated.
