So I as a white with scottish heritage can be racist against a white scot?

You have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Again you mix culture and race when it suits you.

Why I stop speaking Chinese? There are so many people speak English in China, Egypt... Why not I speak Chinese in Australia?

Oh, there is not a country with pure English culture now. You can not find such a country already. I believe it's the time for you to recognize that, a pure culture society is not exist.

If you go to Beijing, Shanghai, or even some smaller Chinese cities, you will find, It's almost a western city. Even in Muslim country, you can find Dubai which has so much characters of western culture.

Why you refuse to look at the world?

You are wrong. Australia is not a pure culture society. Australia is a multicultural society no matter if you like. If you want a pure English culture society, you may go back to UK.

Which shows you have no idea what the hell is going on in western nations. England is more buggered up with multiculturalism than Australia.

People just like you have gone to England with the same attitude of "stuff English culture, I want to take my culture with me" and now that nation has been ruined.

And for the last time, Australian culture and English culture are not the same. The fact that you keep ignoring this point, the fact that you keep pretending that Australian culture doesn't exist, the more you are showing what a self centered bigoted bastard you are. You throw the words like "racist" around, but you can't even see what a racist jerk you are. In your eyes, all whites are the same. White English, white Australian, no difference according to Bowen. But of course if one was to say that the Japanese and Chinese are the same, after all they are all Asian, that would be "racist".

You have come to the country I was born in and have insisted that I respect the culture you bring whilst also insisting that my culture doesn't exist. You demand respect yet show none.

Quote:
http://australia.gov.au/about-australia/our-country
Please read the paragraph about Culture

That's why I decided to be an Australian.

No, you decided to live in Australia. You did not decided to be an Australian. Had you decided to be an Australian you would stop living like you were still back in china.

Then stop speaking Chinese, eating Chinese, and living like a chinaman. According you you culture doesn't exist anymore so why do you hold on to your old ways?

Oh that's right... You are Asian so you are allowed to hold onto your culture. I'm white so my culture doesn't exist.

You are a racist Bowen. And the more this conversation goes on the more both you and spot are showing your true colours. You accuse others of racism to avoid the actual debate, but when it comes down to it, both of you have no respect for white civilizations.

But oh no you dont consider yourself racist

There was nothing racist about my comment you leftwing brainwashed moron. You clearly have no idea what race is. You still think culture and race are the same thing.

Here is a question for you;

I have said several times my ancestry is Scottish. I however have nothing Scottish about me. I don't act, dress, or speak like a scot. If a Scottish person came to Australia, couldn't speak a word of English but only Gaelic, and acted like a Scot in every way and wanted nothing to do with Australians; if I said "go back to Scotland if you don't want to be Australian", does that make me racist?

According to you it does. But I'm sure you will try to avoid facing reality by saying "but that's different because they are white". Basically, your only defense will be to bring race into it. You will ignore the obvious fact that someone can be anti multicultural and not racist, because culture and race are not the same thing!

Because you are using the word to mean the same thing. You are hiding behind the word "culture" to mask your racism but it isnt working.

SOB

No spot. You don't want to answer the question because it shows that your racism accusations are baseless. You are the one trying to make the word race and culture mean the same thing so you can hide behind racism accusations. You are trying to put racism into my words where there is none because you have no other argument. Simply answer the question;

If I said "go back to Scotland if you don't want to be Australian", does that make me racist?

Yesit does make you racist for several reasons:

1) your track record
2) its a loaded question - you wouldn't ask it of someone that you dont perceive as scottish would you).

For example, if someone ask you to go back to Scotland because you play bagpipes in public, the guy is a racist.

And existing example is about the french girl. The guys ask her to leave only because she sing in French. They are racists obviously.

Even you call yourself a scottish, but you ask another scottish go back to Scotland only because his scottish culture, yes, you are a racist.

Please read the definition of race by wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_(human_classification)

Race is a classification system used to categorize humans into large and distinct populations or groups by anatomical, cultural, ethnic, genetic, geographical, historical, linguistic, religious, or social affiliation.

Race is not same to culture, but is related to culture when we talk about culture.

My native language is not English, but I believe the definition from wekipedia is more accurate than yours.

Did you read the definition of race?

When you classify people by culture, you make a "race" based on the culture.

When you ask the people of a culture to leave, you are asking his race to leave.

So, you are a racist.

Thank you for your argument, I learn a little more of the English word "race". And you can not hide your racism behind "culture" any more. What you said is racism obviously.

The word according to bowen;

Two identical twins are born in Australia. At the age of 18 ones goes to live in china. He comes home to Australia 20 years latter. He now speaks Chinese and lives like a chinaman. The brother who stayed in Australia say "your back in Australia now, live like an Australian. If you wanted to keep speaking Chinese you should have stayed in china".

According to Bowen, this man is a racist. Yes, he is being racist... against his identical twin brother.

This is what happens when the radical left get a hold of the dictionary. All words lose all meaning. "Racism", "sexism", "misogyny", "rights"... They all get chucked around so freely that they lose all meaning.

If you speak to someone irrespective of their race, you are a racist. If you don't speak to someone irrespective of their race, you are also a racist. Unless you are loopy left you are racist by default.
