Unbelievable Devastation! Massive Mining Waste Spill Causes 'Water Ban' In Canada!

Millions of cubic meters of water, sand and chemicals, which were released into the waterways of British Columbia, Canada, from a breached mine tailings pond have led to a total water ban for residents in the area of the incident.

Some 10 million cubic meters of water and 4.5 million cubic meters of fine sand from the tailings pond of the Mount Polley copper and gold mine spilled over into lakes and creeks in the area on Monday, according to a statement by the British Columbia’s Environment Minister Bill Bennett, released the following day.

The waste waters that are now out in the wild are likely to contain lead, arsenic, zinc, mercury and phosphorus, as that’s what 2013 research found in the pond, according to a report from Environment Canada.

The water is currently being tested for possible contamination. Meanwhile, 300 people living in the affected area have been warned not to drink local water and also to keep pets and livestock away from it.

The aerial footage of Mount Polley posted by Cariboo Regional District shows a washed out road and massive amounts of grey muddy water all over the region with loads of uprooted trees flowing in it.



"The devastation up the lake is unbelievable," a local resident Peggy Zorn told CBC.

"The tailings pond is so full of chemicals. The water is green, fish floating.... It's sad," another local, Lawna Bourassa, told the news outlet.

I’m linking to the articles, but wanted to post the video, which I listened to this afternoon. I see this as quite BIG news. I particularly resonated with what they call their trained Direct Action Units (DAUs). This is a model, I sense, for all groups who are choosing to break out from the corporation systems around the planet. In particular, this is related, in my mind, to what is happening here in the Kingdom of Hawai’i (also here).

POPE Francis has estimated that he only has two to three years to live before he goes to God and hinted that he may possibly retire.
The 77-year-old made the premonition aboard his jet on the way back from South Korea. While he had a lung removed as a teenager due to infection, Pope Francis is not known to be suffering any health issues except for some nerve problems.
“Must treat them well, these nerves, give them mate (an Argentine stimulant tea) every day,” he said. “One of these neuroses, is that I’m too much of a homebody,” he said, recalling that he had not taken a holiday outside of his native Argentina since 1975.

Francis said he would consider doing what his predecessor Benedict XVI did last year and retire if he felt he could no longer do the job, saying he would step aside “even if it does not appeal to some theologians.”
“I see it as the generosity of the people of God. I try to think of my sins, my mistakes, not to become proud. Because I know it will last only a short time,” he said.
He then, apparently lightheartedly, suggested his time on Earth was limited.
“Two or three years and then I’ll be off to the Father’s House,” he said.
It comes as three relatives of Pope Francis, two great nephews and their mother, were killed in a traffic accident in Argentina.
The dead include a baby of eight months and a two-year-old toddler, police commissioner Carina Ferreyra said.
Their father, the pope’s nephew, is in serious condition, she said.

Brussels, Rome and London:

In the wake of the Court’s criminal conviction of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, Jesuit head Adolfo Pachon and Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby on July 18, Court-authorized Sheriffs armed with Arrest Warrants are seeking to detain the three convicted men today in London and Rome.

Bergoglio, Pachon and Welby were found guilty of child trafficking and murder by a unanimous decision of the five Magistrates of the Court last Friday, and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.

A spokeswoman for the Court said today,

“Our Sheriffs have notified police authorities in England, Italy and at the Vatican about the conviction, and have asked for their assistance in arresting the guilty parties, who have been issued a Court Order to comply with the verdict, and to surrender themselves to the Sheriffs”

In response, sources in Rome and Brussels have informed the Court that the Vatican is launching a counter attack against the verdict which will include blind media stories attacking the Court and Kevin Annett.

“You can expect an escalation in the hysteria and smears against him and the Court, including from the so-called alternative media that gets Vatican money. Now’s the time for another big distraction to fog your verdict” stated a member of Italy’s Radical Party today.

Politicians and church sources in Rome confirm that the Court verdict has the Pope “extremely worried”. Jesuit leader Adolfo Pachon, also convicted by the Court, has already announced that he will resign at the next Jesuit congress.
