RUSSIA. In the remote Kamchatka peninsula (map below), 200 km from Tigil, University of St. Petersburg archaeologists discovered a strange fossil. The authenticity of the find has been certified. Care children caught in disturbing sex acts

VULNERABLE children in state care have been caught up in graphic and disturbing sexual acts, a leaked report has revealed.

It is also claimed children as young as nine have been caught up in late-night group sex while in care at two residential care units in Melbourne’s west and north.

The secret government report, viewed by the Herald Sun, also exposes disturbing incidents of older residents preying on younger children.

In one incident earlier this year, a 12-year-old boy was accused of raping a nine-year-old boy on a hammock.

The child made the admission to his mother during an access visit.

The Department of Human Services is now under pressure to explain why children with a history of sexualised behaviour were placed together in the same facility.

Staff said that information had not been shared among case workers and DHS had kept them in the dark about a police investigation involving one child who was accused of raping a 10-year-old girl.

A senior case manager said DHS had failed to tell staff about a previous rape allegation against the 12-year-old and the police investigation.

“They chose not to tell us because they knew we would have pushed back,” he said.

He said it was not the only time the department had failed to tell the service about sexual behaviour among children.

“It’s happened lots of times before where there have been substantiated allegations, but not a police investigation before,” he said.

“The greatest need is to get a bed, regardless if the kid is a survivor, a perpetrator or a victim.”

In another incident at a home in Melbourne’s west, four children aged between nine and 12 were caught taking part in pre-planned sex romps while under supervision.

A medical investigation following the incident confirmed a 12-year-old girl had been sexually penetrated and she was removed from the unit.

In another incident three children from the same unit all under the age of 11 admitted to running away from the facility for two hours and engaging in sexual behaviour.

The preliminary report into the incident recommended further training for staff about “sexualised behaviours” but said that staff had provided an “excellent environment for children”.

Opposition spokeswoman for community services Jenny Mikakos said she couldn’t accept that it was an “excellent environment”.

She said a lack of supervision by overnight staff was a problem and called on the minister to immediately increase staffing levels.

Minister for Community Services Mary Wooldridge said the reports were “distressing and devastating for all those involved”.

“Immediately after DHS was alerted, additional funding for extra staff was provided to the community sector organisation,” Ms Wooldridge said. She said steps were taken to ensure that the children were separated and all children involved were engaged in counselling services.

The Commissioner for Children and Young People, Bernie Geary, will also look into the incident as part of a review of children in out-of-home care.

The Federal Security Services (FSB) is reporting today that Israel’s Ofek 10 spy satellite was “targeted and destroyed” during an over flight of the New South Wales region of Australia earlier today while it was attempting to gather “electronic signal and photographic information” from a suspected Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) aircraft surrounded at the Illawarra Regional Airport (Wollongong Aerodrome) since this past Tuesday by that nations Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad (MEOCS) after it was discovered carrying a “highly sophisticated nuclear device”.

According to this report, Israel’s Defense Ministry successfully launched their Ofek 10 next-generation satellite on 9 April to provide them with highly-targeted surveillance of specific locations, and which on Tuesday had its orbit changed to target Australia.

Specifically being targeted by the Ofek 10 satellite, this report continues, was the mysterious Swearingen Merlin 3 twin-turbo prop plane that landed there on Tuesday after having originated its mission in long know CIA territory Punta Gorda, Florida, landing at CIA-operated facilities at both Guam and the Philippines before completing its journey to New South Wales after its nearly 16,000 km (10,000 mile) flight.

This FSB report further details that this mysterious plane was under the control of the Australian Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) throughout its entire journey through its mercenary offshoot identified as Snow Goose International, and which was founded last year by former Australia Air Force officer and SIS operative David Baddams as an “intelligence entity” able to perform “off the book” missions.

Curiously, this report further states, SIS operative Baddams admitted to flying this mysterious plane from the US to the Philippines, but now says he has “no idea” how it got to New South Wales.

The FSB further notes that according to Snow Goose International’s own records, this mysterious plane was owned by Oregonian Aeroclub LLC, a US-based company that has no record of existing, and prior to leaving the United States landed at Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque New Mexico for fuel where it acquired a “highly troubling radioactive signature” detected by Russian satellites utilizing Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).

This FSB report does note that the surreptitious transferring of nuclear weapons and materials by the US and its allies by means and methods such as was done in this instance is “common” for any number of security reasons, but left unexplained are a number of critical questions, specifically why and how this plane ended up in New South Wales, and why Israel’s Ofek 10 satellite was destroyed while attempting to conduct surveillance it.

To the destruction of the Ofek 10, this report says, it was witnessed by thousands of Australians [See video below or HERE] and was confirmed by Astronomical Society of Victoria president Ken Le Marquand who stated: “The images I’ve seen show a lot of different colors. When you get lots of colors, it usually means there are different materials in there - man-made materials”.

Critical to note, this report says, are that these mysterious “events” now occurring in Australia are coinciding with other FSB reports indicating that the Obama regime is planning a false flag 9/11 type attack to cover up the rapidly collapsing global economic system, and as we had reported on in our 9 July report Germany Races To Stop US-Backed July Terror Attack.

As to the “highly sophisticated nuclear device” found by Australian terror police aboard this mysterious plane, this report says, there is as of yet no answer(s) as to whom or for what it was designed for.

But, with Germany having just expelled the top CIA officer in their country leading this notorious false flag terror cell, and with the Middle East nearing a total war scenario, this report concludes, it cannot be put past the Obama regime to unleash nuclear terror upon everyone to further their communistic goals as many of the US leaders top economists keep advising him that world war is, indeed, an option to save their economy.

A Mexican train carrying more than 1,000 illegal immigrants derailed en route to the Texas border area. The cargo train was transporting both Central Americans and Mexican adults and children hoping to enter the United States illegally and surrender themselves to Border Patrol agents.

The train many illegal immigrants are using is referred to as La Bestia — The Beast. Mexican authorities think The Beast may have derailed due to several days of heavy rain in the area. According to what he said in his interview they receive no federal support, nor give money to the illegal immigrants that are being released to them. POPE Francis has promised “solutions” to the issue of priestly celibacy in an interview raising the possibility the Catholic Church could eventually lift the interdiction on married priests.
Speaking to Italy’s La Repubblica daily, Francis also condemned child sex abuse as a “leprosy” in the Church and cited his aides as saying “the level of paedophilia in the Church is at two per cent”.
“That two per cent includes priests and even bishops and cardinals,” he said.
Asked whether priests might one day be allowed to marry, Francis pointed out celibacy was instituted “900 years after Our Lord’s death” and that clerics can marry in some Eastern Churches under Vatican tutelage.
“There definitely is a problem but it is not a major one. This needs time but there are solutions and I will find them,” Francis said, without giving further details.
The interview was the third in a series with the 90-year-old founder of the La Repubblica daily, Eugenio Scalfari, a famous journalist and known atheist.
