Russia Goes On Alert As “Planet Killer” Comet Targets Mars

The Federal Space Agency (ROSCOSMOS) is warning in a new report to President Putin today that Russian space defenses should be “immediately activated” and that the 5,000 new civil population bomb shelters completed this past year be “urgently stocked” after scientists confirmed that newly discovered Comet C/2013 A1 (Siding Spring) is, indeed, a “planet killer” and has Mars “in its sights.”

According to this report, Mars-bound Comet Siding Spring was discovered by Rob McNaught on 3 January at Siding Spring Observatory in Australia after which all of the information relating to this threat was turned over to Project Wormwood run by IPS Radio and Space Services and established at Learmonth Solar Observatory to participate in the first two phases of Planetary Defence.

IPS Radio and Space Services is the Australian Space Weather Agency, providing advice to customers in the Australasian area on the near-space environment, and the effects it has on communications, navigation, satellite operations, and other technological systems, whereas the majority of Project Wormwood activities are follow-up astrometry (position measurements) that are required to obtain precise orbits for space objects (asteroids/comets) that have previously been discovered by other programs.

US scientists report that they expect Comet Siding Spring’s closest approach to Mars to occur on 19 October 2014, at about 11:45AM. PDT (18:45 GTM), which their latest orbital plot places its closest approach to Mars a little farther out than previously estimated — at about 117,000 kilometers (73,000 miles) from the surface of the Red Planet.

Richard Zurek, chief scientist for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL) Mars Program Office and project scientist for NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO), had previously warned that if Comet Siding Spring did impact Mars it “could be a huge, global event” and further warned “we will have to start thinking about what precautions we should take.”

Where US safety measures would include positioning their orbiters so that they are on the other side of Mars at the time of comet impact, this report continues, the “lethal potentiality” of Comet Siding Spring cannot be underestimated, specifically as its size, 50 km (31 miles) would result in an upper limit energy of impact that could reach 20 billion megatons and leave a crater measuring 44 km (338 miles) in diameter.

The greatest danger to Earth should Comet Siding Spring impact Mars, ROSCOSMOS experts state in this report, would be the massive debris field ejected into space which would then plummet towards the Sun and eventually crossing our planets orbit.

Spurred into action after the 500-kiloton explosion the Chelyabinsk Meteor above the Urals region [see video HERE] on 15 February, Russia sped-up allocation of some 58 billion rubles (over $1.9 billion) for its planetary defense network, and the 5,000 new emergency bomb shelters built in Moscow between 2010-2012 to save people in case of potential attacks are further advised by ROSCOSMOS in this report to be used for planetary defense too.

Curious to note about this report is a dissenting summary of its findings and recommendations by a minority of ROSCOSMOS experts who note that the as yet “unexplained orbital adjustments” being made by Comet C/2012 S1 (Comet ISON) as it nears its 1 October rendezvous with Mars, and its apparent “128 stand still” that has puzzled US scientists, means that Comet Siding Spring cannot be ruled out as an “intelligently directed space object” like Comet ISON is now appearing to be too.

As we had previously noted in our report “Experts Puzzled After Great Comet Makes Mars Orbital “Adjustments,” Comet ISON has made a number of “unexplained orbital adjustments” around the planet Mars seemingly to better align itself with the Red planets strange moon Phobos which Russian astrophysicist Iosif Samuilovich Shklovsky, in 1958, stated was a metallic hollow “craft,” a finding supported by the European Space Agency (ESA) who last year reported:



“One reason to suspect that Phobos is not a captured asteroid is its density. Analysis of Mars Express radio science data gave new information about the mass of Phobos based on the gravitational attraction it exerts on the spacecraft. The team concluded that Phobos is likely to contain large voids, which makes it less likely to be a captured asteroid. Its composition and structural strength seem to be inconsistent with the capture scenario.”

To what the truest reasons Comet ISON and Comet Siding Spring are “targeting” Mars nearly one year exactly apart in 2013 and 2014 are, basically, still unknown, but it cannot go unnoticed that Project Wormwood has put on its website this most cryptic of warnings:

A “Peoples’ Apostolic Decree” defies Pope Francis, Prepares for “Final Exorcism” and New “Jubilee” Regime on September 22

Dublin – A multinational coalition of clergy and spiritual elders released their own Apostolic Decree yesterday that unseats the spiritual authority of Pope Francis and the Vatican, and establishes a new "Jubilee regime" within the church.

The Decree was read publicly in catholic churches in nine countries.

Based on the Jubilee Laws of divine renewal and social equality, the Decree is "a "Biblical and a peoples' response to the criminal and unlawful authority of Rome", according to one of its architects, Ciaran Ui Neill, a clergyman in County Wexford, Ireland.

"Human courts have found the papacy guilty of horrible crimes. But the court of God came to that verdict long before now. We are acting on our faith and reclaiming our church from a clique of deceptive criminals tied financially to organized crime" said Ui Neill in an interview today.

"So it's unimportant what this new pope says or does. God has pronounced sentence on his false church and has disestablished its authority. And faithful Christians must now re-establish their church according to God's word, which says, I am against the false shepherds and have destroyed them, for I alone will govern my people now."

Ciaran is one of the founders of Not in Our Name, a coalition of catholic and protestant clergymen formed in 2010 that helped draft the Decree. It urges humanity to pray and fast for the next twenty one days to prepare for an historic "Spiritual Assembly and Convergence" in Rome and elsewhere on Equinox Sunday, September 22.

"Through a public collective exorcism of the foul spirit of the false church, we will be spiritually launching our new Jubilee congregations on that day, in the company of countless souls all around the world " explained Ui Neill.

The Decree also invokes the radical program of the Jubilee Laws by calling for an end to all debts and interest, a collectivization of the land and of wealth, and a release of all prisoners.

According to Not in Our Name member Reverend Kevin Annett,

"We recognize that politics and spirituality are really one and the same thing, and that the Divine or Natural Law is simply about restoring justice and the earth to all of God's people. We're putting the Jubilee into practice, like every prophet and Jesus himself tried to do. And like them, we're doing so against the established rulers, the bankers, and the religious authorities of the world."

7.7 magnitude earthquake creates new island off the coast of Pakistan- death toll likely to rise

Earthchange event: The 7.7 magnitude oblique-strike-slip earthquake was so powerful, it raised new land out of the Arabian sea.

September 24, 2013 – PAKISTAN - A massive, 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck south-central Pakistan on Tuesday afternoon local time. The USGS warns that there will high casualties and economic losses, requiring international response. Seismologists have also confirmed that the quake raised a new island, about 30-40 feet high, off the coast. The island is about half a mile off the coast of Gwadar, in the Arabian Sea. Already, reports the International Herald Tribune, crowds have gathered to see the mountainous, rocky island. Some are claiming it is 100 feet high. It’s not unusual for earthquakes of this magnitude to change the coastline, or even deform the shape of the planet. In 2010, an 8.8 magnitude quake in Chile created new coastlines in that country and changed the shape of the Earth enough to shorten our days by a fraction of a second. Today in Pakistan, estimates of damages are still coming in, and it may be days before we know the full extent of the losses because the quake struck in many regions that are remote. The nearest city to the epicenter is Arawan, where damage is said to be extensive, with houses collapsing and people trapped inside. So far, death tolls hover around 40, but that number is expected to rise as emergency services reach more of the affected areas. The populations near the epicenter may be sparse, but according to the USGS, the problem is that they are extremely vulnerable.

Most homes are made of materials like unreinforced brick masonry, which crumble quickly in quakes and can be deadly. Karachi is another nearby city, with millions of residents, whose homes may have also been affected. People as far away as New Delhi report feeling the quake. The USGS also offers a quick scientific summary of the nature of the quake: The September 24, 2013 M7.7 earthquake in south-central Pakistan occurred as the result of oblique-strike-slip type motion at shallow crustal depths. The location and mechanism of the earthquake are consistent with rupture within the Eurasia plate above the Makran subduction zone. The event occurred within the transition zone between northward subduction of the Arabia plate beneath the Eurasia plate and northward collision of the India plate with the Eurasia plate. The epicenter of the event is 69km north of Awaran, Pakistan, and 270km north of Karachi, Pakistan (population 11.6 million). Right now, as emergency groups gather more information, the best thing we can do is wait to find out more. But it’s very likely that humanitarian aid will be needed, and as soon as we know more we’ll offer an update. –I09
