The reason only 1% of charges are laid is because the women are too scared to lay charges. In the cases where they do they have to go to a womens shelter to wait out the court then he gets off and goes after her.

I am not talking about the minority of muslims but its prolly the same.

Half right. (First) Australians do make up a lot, but the proportion of the population doesn't really matter when it's part of your culture.
