Look the church doesn't even follow its own bible !!

Has the church ever followed the bible?

Of course other institutions have pedo's in them, however the other institutions haven't tried to cover it up on such a large scale!

They also dont have as much trust to abuse. In a school its not likely you would be alone with an adult for long same with other institutions but in a church . . . . .

Verge,

Verge,
But the church worked on her - something you refuse to see.
The RSPCA doesn't offer a gold pass to heaven either.
They took advantage of an old lady & the church didn't care about
her disabled kids who were thrown out on the street.

Im not here to question her beliefs, but Italians are pretty religious.  If she thought giving her house would benefit others and it got her a gold pass to heaven, good for her, she died happy in her decision.

If you show me evidence to suggest she was not of sound mind when making the will, I will happily change my tune, but until then, it is still her asset to do as she wished.

How would you feel knowing the will you write means nothing and your wishes wont be carried out, and people will do with your assets however they want.

You are restricting peoples free will.  That my friend is censorship on life and I will never support that.

Also, her kids had flats each and were left $20,000 each, the disabled child was her daughters.  These are also facts.  No one was out on the street.

That's not the point. The church goes on about compassion and giving to the less fortunate. Where is the giving in this situation ?

And what about for the rest of their life ? Where is their super fund when they can't possibly work to earn it ? The church now has it and they could have easily just walked away like it says in their own bible Sad And what can the church offer them apart from an old book full of weasel words and a root up the Khyber Pass ?? That won't pay their high cost of supervision and medical bills for the rest of their life Sad

A another thread of accusing forum members of either hiding pedophiles or supporting them. Difference is that this thread has even gone to the extreme of accusing someone of intentionally giving their own kids to a pedophile to be molested.

I would be shocked if anyone on this forum is ever suspended or banned again. I don't think anything gets below the level of nail and bobby as seen in this thread, so how could anyone from now on be banned for less? It basically means any comment no matter how vile is fair game now.

support for the catholic church is as good as condoning paedophilia. It's not as though you didn't know what was going on all of this time. There has been plenty of evidence from the victims but you were just in denial.

When it comes to the church, Bobby and nail will shift the goal posts of their debate guidelines on virtually every post rather than debate the topic at hand.

Both yourself and I have supported the calls for a royal commission when the idea was first floated, but that makes be a pedo harbourer and enabler because I dont believe people should have freedom to choose their own religion or bequest to religions of their own free will.

Basically they are a pair of fag lovers who will do anything to support each other no matter how outragious they get.

You never supported anything like that you liar. You used every subterfuge you could throw into the debate in order to distract away from the central issue which was the church harbouring and cultivating paedophiles whilst subverting the law Sad

And speaking of fag lovers why don't you call your  priest mates fags ?? Isn't that what they are ?? Not one peep out of you on that front. Fricken hypocrite, conservative, money grabbing liberal piece of sh.t you are.

The house was never theirs to lose my friend.

The only entitlement one should expect is from their own hard work.

Did you notice the article at all.

And to quote Aussie from the original thread - Quote:

Mrs Kolandt and her brother, Giacomo Muto, have launched a Supreme Court action against the religious order, claiming their mother did not make "adequate provision" for them in her will.

That means there is no attack on the Mother's testamentary capacity, and no suggestion of other nasty stuff.

And freediver - The moral is to tell people what they will get before you die so they can come to terms with it and blame you instead of the other beneficiaries. This sort of squabbling can destroy families.

Mellie - A persons last will in testament is their final say in this world, and it should be respected unless of course these children feel she was not of sound mind,(and this can be substantiated) this or suspect foul play at the time she made her will.

Times are bad when even your last will and testament isn't worth the paper it's written on...  if it turns out this old woman was of sound mind, this and made a conscious decision not to leave her home to her children, irrespective of her reasons this has to be respected.

She could have left it to the dog-poop federation and my opinion would be the same.

Freediver - Who are you to say who the 'rightful' beneficiaries are? This is where all the problems start, when people think they 'deserve' something they didn't earn. It was her money. It is her choice what happens to it.

What I am saying is that it is the old woman's choice. None of these people would have had the balls to stand up to her in real life and tell her she is incapable of deciding for herself who to give her money to. Now she is dead they all act like she didn't have a mind of her own. One thing I know for certain is that you have absolutely no clue what went on in this family and what reasons the lady may have. You are just another person out to capitalise on her death by scoring cheap political points against the church. None of you who think you know better have so much as acknowledged the woman's right to choose for herself.

and nails justification for it all - Yes they did earn it because they had to put up with their parents BS for a big part of their lives. What did the church do for it ?? Some weasel words, some cheap Safeway wine and a bit of salada biscuit  and a fake gold pass to heaven to top it off  WHat a joke !

Wow.  Delusional much

The first thread on this Pansi asked me if I supported a Royal Commission and I answered with one answer - YES.  No if's, buts or maybes.  A simple yes.  Shame you dont understand basic english.

I am not a catholic. I don't support the catholic church. I have never given them a cent, nor do I have any connection with them whatsoever. If I am guilty because I have done nothing to stop what is going on, then so are you. Coming on a forum and calling anyone who is either Christian or doesn't hate Christianity a pedo supporter is not actually stopping kids from being abused. You have known about pedophilia in the catholic church as much as anyone else (more considering what a self proclaimed expert you are) and what have you done to stop it except for complaining and abusing innocent people on line?

Of course all of this has been explained to you. It is clear as day you are just out for a troll, but you a really stretching things with accusing people of supporting pedophiles.
