Kathy Jackson to be vindicated. Thomson 2 B charge

It appears Craig Thomson is in for some Xmas joy as Victorian and NSW police are now confident they have the evidence to lay criminal charges against him before the end of the year.

Reports suggest police have uncovered ample evidence of corruption, including involving other union officials. Police have extensively interviewed others who have supplied corroborative evidence.

In what may be a reference to Kathy Jackson, a police source said, "There are people who, in the end, have done the right thing. They have finally questioned what's really been going on and have come away disillusioned with the explanation from those involved saying that nothing's wrong."

Asked if Mr Thomson would be charged, the source said, "That is more likely a possibility than not."

Another inside report suggested NSW police were giving certain people of interest a final opportunity to co-operate with police investigations before final charge lists were drawn up.

According to FWA's Statement of Claim in the Federal Court, Mr Thomson used hundreds of thousands of dollars of union members’ funds on prostitutes, high living, air fares for his then wife, Christa, Under question was the financing of his 2007 election campaign as the Labor candidate for the marginal NSW seat of Dobell.

Thomson's liability, if found guilty could, involve up to one million dollars.

Mr Thomson, did not respond to calls today, and has strenuously denied any wrongdoing as has Ms Gillard in respect of the AWU matter. Thomson said he would fight all charges brought against him.

"It appears the claim of, 'I've done nothing wrong' is commonplace in union and ALP matters", said one spokesperson.

NSW police officers on Thursday interviewed a Satya Champness, the personal assistant of former ALP President and NSW branch boss, Michael Williamson. Ms Champness refused to comment.

I would think Kathy J will have to face up to something...we /they are dealing with embezzlement after all.. and like those people whos money it was..

its taken sooooo long.. I read where there were more than one or two brothels involved...and many visits..many with cash...withdrawn on the credit cards..

one wonders how many man hours have gone into this..and dare I say it.. he should repay the taxpayer.. if he is found guilty of using Union funds to fund his campaign to get into govt...

he got there by stealing... not on in my book.

no one could be worse than THOMO wishful thinking on your part.. as gillard supported him through thick and thin..

he stole to get into parliament one of the charges against him... using union money to fund his election campaign..

Kathy Jackson in so a member of parliament..

nothing could be worse than an MP stealing to get into parliament..

but I am sure you will look really hard to find something..anything to make him look better than the lowest form of life.

I really think this guy has been given enough support... and the more that comes out the worse its looking... not better like you all hoped.

What about the police investigation. Have they stated anything close to it. Guess we may have to wait for him to be charged further.

the web site I quote from Independent Australia The Political Sword The New Matilda and a lot more are lot more informative then the sites like kangaroo court and pickering sites that you post from.

The all the sites I post from the contributors post links from other sites to back up their argument that has the evidence to support them. it is more then the sites you post from it is only one man opinion and you think it is gospel truth.

But I can't be too hard on you lolly you need a brain to understand these things and as you are 16 and in the same class as 6 year old children I can imagine that your brain is not fully develop.
