Emma,

The prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is dearer to us than our own mothers. Therefore any mock, ridicule, disrespect of him we take quite seriously.

Abu,

Such an attitude, a reverence by moslems, towards Mohammed, is idolatry.

And your comment merely confirms that idolatry.

In London, and all over the world, moslems teach men, to have reverence for another man.

Luke 4:8
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

I think you know inside yourself Yadda that it is your religion that takes a human being to be their deity, and that we as Muslims reject this idea, and consider anyone who deifies a human, to be a disbeliever.

I am glad you are beginning to see there's something wrong with such a belief though, that is your first step. If you could just suppress your irrational hatred and fear of Islam/Muslims, maybe you could see the light.

It must be hard for you muslims when you play second fiddle to Christianity Abu. Eastern Asian people are joining the catholic religion by the millions further implementing it as   the worlds largest religion.

My concern is about whether my religion is right, not whether it has more adherents. I was born into Christianity, but rejected it due to its false polytheistic nature, and embraced the true belief in the one almighty creator.

There are more people in the Muslim religion than the "catholic religion".

Also when we consider actual adherence, then Christianity is nowhere near the largest, as a large % of Christians are merely Christian by name or nationality. If we compared for instance Sunday Church attendance rates with Friday Mosque attendance rates, then we'd find Islam is by far the larger religion. A country like Australia for instance supposedly has 60% Christians, yet I highly doubt those 60% actually practice Christianity. Also it would still count people such as myself as Christian, even though I never really practised Christianity in my life.

Keep dreaming you extremist nutjob. How many muslims are getting around shooting one another and looking at internet porn. I doubt they are adhering.

Abu,

Was Abraham mistaken too ?

Did Abraham take a human being to be his deity, by mistake  ?

Quote:

And the LORD appeared unto him
in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree: And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said. And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth. And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it. And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

Genesis 18:1 - Genesis 18:8 (KJV)

Abu,
What you are saying, is that the God of creation, cannot manifest himself as a man ?

Maybe your god can not !

His only 'manifestation', was 1,400 years ago!

Thanks for the footage Calanen. Abu, would you care to translate the banners that were in Arabic? I'm guessing they said something like peace and goodwill to all mankind, right?

That seems innocuous enough. I guess it highlights which messages they want to send to the rest of the community. It does seem kind of strange to go to the trouble of protesting with a fancy banner and writing it in a language that the rest of Australia won't understand. Is it supposed to be more of a message of solidarity with the Arab world?

So what evidence do muslims have that Mohammad was a prophet from God?

Mo said he was a prophet is that all you need for evidence?

The Yahud rejected Mohammad as being a prophet in the jewsish religion

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

Well not really. The black banner, although it says that, is in fact the Black Flag of Jihad. The white flag, is the flag of the Islamic Empire, or the Caliphate. Ie the flag to go to war against us infidels, and the flag of the empire that will rule over us as slaves if we are not killed in the war represented by the black flag.

The line 'oh its just a little prayer we like to say....' is deflection and misdirection.

The significance of those flags is unknown by most Westerners. More disturbingly still - the crowd was also carrying the banner of Al Quada. That was a fact not picked up by any media organisation - I guess it would be 'Islamophobic' to report such a thing.

It is the Islamic creed, and the banner is the banner that represents Islam.

It's got nothing to do with the Arabic world.

The Yahud rejected almost every single prophet sent to them, nothing new there.

“The Jews, who both killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God and are contrary to all men: forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins always: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.” (l Thessalonians 2.14-16, New Testament)

Besides, the head Rabbi of the Jews of Madinah became a Muslim, Abdullah bin Salam.
