Interesting list. I wasn't aware that he was already up to the 37. Of course there would be many undecided, so 15 more and he's in! I am sure that there is going to be a MASSIVE push between now and the QLD election. It's not too far away at all, yet not too close for it to not be a reality. It's six weeks away, so interesting times ahead of us. I am surprised at some of the names on the list, especially Albanese, Cameron and Crossin.

I would think anyone in a marginal seat would be voting for Rudd - therefore he has had the numbers for awhile now

The issue here is not whether he has the numbers - but rather what those numbers promise to do when he takes over.

Given recent history - Rudd would want a "Can't-stab-me-in-the-back-again Agreement"

He can't afford to get back into the leader role and get rolled after the next election AGAIN (regardless if they win or not)!!

I don't think they've come to an agreement yet.

I agree cods, the polling explains why the likes of Smyth, O'Neill and Saffin would support him, being that they are in such marginal seats.

As for your last statement; yes, and how wrong did they turn out to be? Did you know that Alan Jones, of all people, actually supported her? Grin

I agree, but I think that by far his biggest aim is for cold, hard, pure revenge. Revenge is one of our biggest drives. It is very instinctual, yet also very calculated and premeditated.

I felt the exact same way, but now am not so sure, being that 37/103 support him. If 3/4 of the undecided go his way, then he's in. I expected his support base to be about 15-20, definitely not 37.
