B) Would/has it be any different under coalition government(don't confuse RESIDENTIAL with INDUSTRIAL/AGRICULTURAL zoned land in your response.)

you all know exactly what will happen if Abbott gets in.. yet you had no idea what would happen when gillard got in...hilarious Grin

Turnbull would have been an outstanding leader for the democrats 10 years ago. They simply have far too much baggage to rise again. Though it does beg the question. The democrats were sacrificed for compromising on the GST after howard jagged the election with a minority vote, so will the Greens improve their vote for standing firm on their policy rather than simply being labor whipping boys.

You obviously forget Turnbull was consistently on the wrong end of the polls and couldn't gain traction over Rudd.
And when he was replaced, Abbott did just that and did it well.
Which led down the track to Abbott then using Gillard as a floor mop.
Which is why we are here today having a nice 26% day.

chicky that why they prefer Turnbull.. he buys a lot of the Labor rhetorics..after all its mostly words they keep spouting..

weve been a year and more on CARBON TAX and 4 years on boat people..and what advance have we made????...oh yes they will get their CARBON TAX but as we know they are not good on the substance/management side so it will be a looming disaster..

lets be honest here.. gillard said there would be no TAX.... so we know she doesnt want it.. its booby that wants it and he has the POWER..so we are getting a CARBON TAX that only 10% of the population voted in..

those that are voting for it.. have been given almost no time to devour what we are in store for????????.

we on the other hand have been given NO SAY AT ALL??????????

that speaks volumes to me.

I would think the big probability is that you will pay no carbon tax at all and in fact will get enough rebate to be in profit.

On the other hand the Liberals plan is for you to pay for any abetment which they put in place.

I really understand what your problem is about polluters paying a fixed price in compensation for carbon output into our children’s and their children’s environment - not.

You do not like the plan where the polluters pay and the consumers are subsidised, you prefer the system where the consumers pay and the polluters get subsidised.

Go Figure - it takes all types.
