Make the cat urinate on a house for sale, look the other way, watch the price drop, buy the house, call the cleaners and have the carpet cleaned up (or have it replaced) and then put the house on auction again. Install video cameras to make sure nobody plays the same trick on you. Cheesy

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

Not bad.... houses have to sell quickly to maintain price credibility so that could be just crazy enough to work!!

Actually Gunnedah, a town in mid-NSW is the place to be for the rich.
The cheapest rent is $3,500 a week.

Anyway - I thought all Cities were for Yellow people
(Citi-Zens) and who are buying up all our Mining Companies because of Black Land Rights so they have to start living underground.  Cheesy Huh

The one thing I have come to enjoy about my Rural stint out in the Riverina is the laid-back style where car windows are still left down, I haven't locked my unit for weeks, etc etc. Plus the cost of living is cheaper. x3 bedroom houses going for just $100,000.
Alas, I need to move closer to the cost for my Diving.

But seriously - Sydney is a S***hole and Melbourne is just the same S*** but different smell.

Give me a boat and I may live in the Harbour of Sydney but it is just one big over-rated scam that even bites the rich mans hand.

Personally I think the one thing that has ruined Cities the world over is - vehicles!

Yes - but it really is the only 'nice' place to live in Sydney ...and I've lived in Kirribilli and that wasn't so great. On the harbour is as good as it gets. Other than that, get as far from Sydney as you can get!!!
