The author of this post is none other than the supposed Christian Sprintcyclist who also moderates Spirituality (the forum next door).

He freely contributes many such abusive posts all over Freediver's other forum (known as Political Animal).

As a matter of fact .. some of the atheists who post over there (and here for that matter) find it very repulsive and offputting actually. Hence why they want nothing at all to do with God or the Bible.

Does anyone here think this is appropriate Christian behaviour? What are your thoughts?

Sprinty is a complete idiot. He has no idea about anything and I ignore him except to make fun of him. I haven't seen the posts you quote but to me it's tyypical of those who claim to be Christians on forums.

They cannot act the belief they profess and tend to be the grossest and most angry people on most forums.

Of course there are many nice Christians who act decently and try to do the right things. But generally, on forums these people claim Christianity and attack everyone for their stance in life.

Sprinty is a very pathetic little person who makes no sense mostly and should go back to school, Primary School at that. Please don't let him worry you, he's an idiot.

STart a separate forum for religion if you want and be the moderator so you can trash posts like his. And, no doubt, some of mine for I am very intolerant of most humans today. Especially on this site as they all seem to be about the same, Nothing to say but they post copies of other people's work all the time.

I'm atheist by the way but I deal with people as they present themselves. If they are cool/nice so am I. If they are rude and aggressive, they cop it back.

Thank you for your input.

The very atheists who are disgusted by all this .. and who as a result want nothing at all to do with Christianity and the Bible .. seem to be the most decent from what I can tell.

Why is this "troll Sprintcyclist thread" even allowed to exist? All this crap is being dredged up from another forum where Lisa's foul mouth is allowed to run rampant - yet Sprintcyclist can't reciprocate.

This persona (Lisa) is one of the nastiest characters I've ever encountered on the net and also has the dirtiest mouth, but unfortunately she has a great deal of influence over the moderators.

I suggest that anyone who doesn't want to be banned - do exactly what Lisa tells you.

It's a relief to know that he has been permanently banned from ONE of Freediver's sites.

Sprintcyclist has been more than out of control for some time. I pity Freediver and ALL the Global Mods of BOTH sites who have had to put up with his disgusting behaviour for so long. If anything .. their recurring patience with him stands as a testiment to their longsuffering graciousness and trust (which he has seen fit to breach many times).

It's most unacceptable to have a Mod breaching even the most basic of forum rules.

I'm not addressing any one person here, but let's ALL consider being compassionate for a while. The Christian idea of turning the other cheek is a good one. You don't know what problems the other poster has. You know very little about them. In some cases, these people are in their own personal hell. I have encountered people on online forums before who were mentally ill or have severe physical pain etc. We need to make allowances for this.

Nobody is perfect, and it's difficult to get a true idea about another person just because of what they post on forums like this. Let's all just cut a bit of slack and try to show some tolerance.

Forget about vengeance and try pity instead. Instead of cutting people down, try some kindness instead. (ok, I'm no angel either)

Damn you Muso .. I was about to post something similar.

Even so ... you know this has nothing to do with vengeance and everything to do with how disgusted I have been with Sprint for some time .. esp wrt to the pathetic way he has blatantly misrepresented Christianity and the Bible. THAT alone is WRONG!

In addition .. he has scandalised many atheists and agnostics on both FD's sites by his carry on .. and as if that isn't enough .. he has been overly abusive to people (barging into a topic so as to call people C.UNTS for example).

What am I supposed to do?? Just sit back and watch this so called "Christian" .. this so called "Moderator" just do whatever he likes?? Well I've patiently sat back for some time .. and his stunts have gone from bad to worse. And these latest stunts by him are just totally unacceptable.

I do not know how on earth FD tolerates him. I can only conclude that Freediver has the patience of a saint!

An apology from Sprint is in order .. but I doubt he will ever give it.

FD tolerates you - why shouldn't he tolerate Sprintcyclist? He was one of the first members to join this forum and has helped it get where it is today with his contributions.

Before you start badmouthing long time members here - there are many examples of your un-Christian like comments throughout this forum as well as PA. Don't profess to be a Christian if you can't behave like one. People might think you're a liar and a hypocrite.
