The latte set greens voters and the independents have never been further apart. The greens have always relied on attacking the independants consituency being farmer, graziers and fishermen to garner the vote of the uneducated lette set.

Now the Greens and Labor are asking them to jump the fence and come over to the loony side? Never going to happen unless it is in writing behind closed doors where no one can see...but that would be nothing new. Peter Garrett is still a minister despite his inept performance... and I suspect because he was given a "guarantee"...."Oh hang on Pete, you're not really a completely useless moron- we'll just downgrade your portfolio- but it's not a demotion"

Yes the Green Agenda will be forward by Greens, Nat independents and perhaps a green independent from Hobart.
