Know anywhere I can get whale meat? (Read 2006 times)

I expect it is illegal here and it would be illegal to import it. But let me know how you go as I am interested in trying it. I had an idea for the first fundraiser for the Sustainability Party - a BBQ serving whale meat.

The closest I have come to whale meat was the last time I went spearing off Swansea heads. I ventured out over the deap, then got freaked out by what appeared to be the seafloor rising towards me, which in shallower water means a big wave. Then I saw the white bits outlining the pec fin. It was a humback. It swam up towards the surface right beside me, followed by a calf. The vis was really great and it was close by, but it was still not possible to see the whole thing at once. It's like in star wars or red dwarf when the space ship goes slowly by at high speed.
