I am not finding this forum as easy as yahoo but that I am sure doesnt surprise you.. like you I am ashamed of baha..why someone finds the need to express themselves like that I dont know.

I have told him to go away and try growing up..it might work.. baha used to make me laugh now he makes me cringe.

hi cods, you will get used to these boards ,like I, in a short amount of time Cheesy

I think they are quite exciting with all the little dodads and emotions.

Easier for people on dial up to run

However the only problem I can not workout so far is copying someone elses ID quotes into my reply , like others can do in the little blue boxes Undecided

just experimented with the ctrl and = to increase the font, only trouble I left my fingers on the keys and the page almost jumped out of the monitor....oops!!!!!

Yes, there are a few extra tools to play, but I'm sure we will get used to them.

As far as "quoting what someone else has said, if you -
1) Go to the post you want to quote & hit the quote tab on the right.
2) Put your cursor after the last quote bracket.
3) Type your response.
4) Hit the preview tab
5) The message you wanted quoted should come up in a box, with your reply following.
6) If you are happy, hit the post tab

Your may

find it easier

to simply use the type size arrow

which is in the middle of the tools box

when you are doing your post

when you hit the down arrow

and select the type sizeanything that is typed within those brackets

will come up, at that size

You can also try the print type tab, to the left, to change into different print types

On the top right corner of every post is a 'quote' button. That's what you need to click for an ID quote.

So annie, do I have to have the whole line of quotes? What if I just want the last posters quote? Bear with me. I'm off to work soon, you'll be glad to get rid of my silly questions for a while Roll Eyes
