which in no way answers my question...

Here is the answer to your question
The school have to organise the traditional nativity play and shelved Eid al-Adha if they can't have both. They could've sent the muslim kids to muslim countries for Eid al-Adha as there is plenty of it there.

no that doesnt answer my question

because the school does not organise the festival for eid- it just means the muslim kids don't come to school.

Yes it does "the muslim kids to muslim countries for Eid al-Adha as there is plenty of it there". Do you think that muslim countries don't have eid?

Your question was "so what does the school have to organise? not having them there?"
I've answered your question if you don't like the answer it is not my problem. Now answer my question... "Do you think that muslim countries don't have eid?"

I think that the school have to organise the traditional nativity play and shelved Eid al-Adha if they can't have both. The muslim kids can come to the traditional nativity play but nobody force them so if their parents don't like tradition of country they choose to come to they have an alternative.
