At the end of the day you need to think about what sort of person you want to be. I had some very attractive girls offer me random sex last year. I chose not to do it because that's not who I want to be.

And yes, it's a lot less messy if you end one before you start another

My overall suggestion though is couples counselling. Make sure she understands how much sex means to you, before she loses you over it
