I would say that the witness statements, and the fact that Bryant confessed after initially denying, is enough evidence that Bryant shot dead 35 people and injured many more.

If ever there was a time to smack you over the back of the head to wake you up to your complete stupidity, it is straight after you posted this. Bryant does not go to a tourist spot to enjoy some meal and then get away with not getting shot by a gunman who shoots random people in the very cafe you were in.
