The horror stories will start, and the government will go into cover-its-arse mode. We'll see a littered trail of broken lives from Robodebt to Digital ID.

When will people wake up to these psychopathic fascists?

By law in Australia if you buy or sell property you have to go through PEXA and
give them a video for a voice and face print while reading a code word using your mobile phone.
It's already here.

Australians have just been given an Authoritarian slap in the face and there is nothing that can be done about it. Will be done about it.

Afterall. Australians are too dumb and lazy and will be done about it after a few weeks of just whinging and whining - as 'usual'.  Wink Grin

Australia has just been 'scammed'.

Much like countries who have had their economies scammed by things like Pyramid schemes, etc.

Australians will be 'cash-less' before they know it.

Moist conveyancing already needs identification verification. You've shown why lawyers offices can't be trusted with customers details you dumbarse.

Bob Hawke's "Australia Card" was a proposal for a national
identification card
for Australian citizens and resident foreigners.
The proposal was made in 1985, and abandoned in 1987.

In the House of Representatives, ALP backbencher Lewis Kent
(Serbian-born Lajco Kapolnai) said the card was un-Australian
and that it would be more appropriate to call it a "Hitlercard or Stalincard".

Interestingly, it was alleged that Kent was "an agent of a foreign
power" and had ties to the UDBA (Uprava državne bezbednosti),
the Yugoslavian secret police.

From a legal site...

Quote:
"PEXA simplifies the settlement process by digitalising key components, eliminating the need for physical document exchanges and reducing the likelihood of delays caused by manual handling. Moreover, PEXA enhances the security of transactions, safeguarding sensitive information and funds through robust digital protocols".

And we all know just how "secure" and "robust" digital protocols
have been recently in Australia—with the massive hacking and
thefts of millions of individuals' personal data and prime identifiers
—don't we...  not!   (Much laughter ensues.)

EG:  And this partial listing is from last year (2023) alone.

•  myGov
•  Australian Federal Police

•  Alfred Health, Melbourne
•  University of Wollongong

•  ASIC
•  American Express

•  The Department for Child Protection Aboriginal Family Support Services
•  Australian Signals Directorate

•  Royal Women’s Hospital, Parkville
•  Department of Veterans’ Affairs

•  Medibank
•  Optus

•  PayPal
•  Tasmanian Government, GoAnywhere

PEXA is simply yet another weak link in the chain of the average
Aussie's security of personal, on-line data in the thousands of
vulnerable servers across the country.

How long will it be before PEXA is hacked?    Angry

We only need to look at the digitising of service records and the 'loss' of 172 sets to see how good this one will be.

I'm afraid there is in existence a small letter.......
