...bugga. The incriminating evidence is still there.
Maybe if the new Host can press the 'Refresh' button...

Does the site seem a lot slower today?

I don't know about the system as Lee commented.
But I do know that Monk, Smith and LTYC looked up to speed for once.

Still looks the case today.

I think the planet Nibiru is in alignment with those three.
Mr Light will be happy.

With my admittedly crappy download speeds here, the site
has come to a virtual standstill for me.      Angry

this forum is completely broken yep. you really need to switch to a XenForo board system because the current board software is so painfully out of date and is starting to come apart at the seams.

I have stopped a few bits of software that the site does not need. When the site is slow, this yabb forum is responsible for almost all of the server cpu load, and there are over 150 guests showing. However right now there are still 150 guests listed and it is running much faster. So not sure what the issue is. I do not want to block the legit search engines, but I have put a 30 second crawl delay request in robots.txt. I also do not want to block guest access.

Hmm. So I guess this is what happens when we see multiple replies of the same repeated in a thread. I hit Reply, type reply and hit save, it does and then the thread loads but the reply isn't there!! Open the reply box again and underneath the new blank box sits Topic Summary and the reply is there. Refresh the thread again but nope,it's not there in the main thread. I'm guessing when this happens people wright it again in new reply box and post. So I did that and guess what?, Same thing, doesn't appear in the thread. This is not a regular thing but it happened to me today. I wonder how many times that happens. I'm guessing both identical reply efforts are in "Cyberspace" and will appear later in the main thread body as multiple replies of the same content in the thread.

That's a different bug - the page flipping issue. Your post will show up when there are enough new posts for the next page in the thread to show up.
