My guess is that it has nothing to do with whether the Palestinian women are "allowed" to. They don't because they are not as stupid as the men. If Hamas wanted to end the present conflict they could......easily.

So easily.

But Hamas understands so well, that the present suffering of the inhabitants of Gaza,
is very bad PR, around the world, for Israel.

And it, is >> a gift << to all devout followers of ISLAM worldwide, who themselves, may be seeking a 'legitimate' motive [excuse], to start a local conflict, from their own jurisdiction, against a local infidel enemy.

Israel, is between a rock and a hard place.

But the Gazan's chose Hamas.
