Not sure why aqua (and others) keep trying to tell us that Covid is weaker than the flu?

I've asked this before but I'll repeat it for the slow ones at the back of the room... when was the last time thousands of people died from the flu in Australia during summer and autumn?

not only are vaccines not stopping it you have to wonder if nail is a tiny bit correct.

the reigning brownlow medalist  is still in hospital with a heart condition and he is the third player this year to leave the field with a "heart condition"

just because nail is an extremist doesnt mean that we should ignore this

Ollie Wines (current brownlow medalist) was pulled from Port’s awful loss to Melbourne with HEART PALPITATIONS that left him hospitalised with nausea and dizziness

Former AFL heavyweight Dean Wallis has suffered a major heart attack and is recovering in hospital.

Nail is owed a huge apology.

You ninny! Someone gave you that crap. I blew it apart!

Want me to do that again—and show just how stupid you REALLY are?

Monk,
shut up before you make yourself look even more foolish.
You only find out things because of me.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAH! You poor fish!

Is the climate system underdamped? YOU idiot were never able to give me an answer!

Does an electronic circuit STORE the input?

etc‚ your idiotic question got blown apart! Ask it again and I will blow it apart again!

Monk - don't take this thread off topic.
This thread is about Covid numbers.

Very wise, idiot, refusing to answer. Re the off topic—what idiot took it off topic? That would be YOU you idiot!

I've looked through here but I can't find any mention of Senator Gerard Rennick's medical qualifications?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerard_Rennick

I can, however, see there's evidence he could be a bit of an antivaxxer/conspiracy theorist.

Quote:
COVID-19

In 2021, The Guardian reported that federal health minister Greg Hunt had described some of Rennick's Facebook posts as containing "false information". While the Guardian did not disclose what the posts said, it described them as "casting doubt over the accuracy of PCR tests", and said that he "questioned why Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration had not yet recommended use of ivermectin".

In November 2021, Rennick was one of five Liberal-aligned senators who voted against the government in support of One Nation's COVID‑19 Vaccination Status (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill 2021.

In 2022, Rennick attended the Convoy to Canberra protests.

Which is the sort of thing that gets people like Sir Nail all 'excited', of course.

Nail was reporting a messenger.

Good morning (or afternoon), aquascoot.

Still waiting - an answer anytime today will do

Oh, I also saw you here for a short time (twice) after I posted that last night. I assumed you almost had an answer both times but you weren't absolutely sure so you must have gone off to do a bit more 'research'.

No rush, I have all day.

Thanks in advance.

Whenever one of Booby’s points gets shot down in flames we get the “I am only a messenger” crap. Just acknowledge you were wrong once again.

Put a mask on!

Oh, Jovial Monk. My mother (the landlord) of my residence came around yesterday afternoon to do a search for a few antique items my grandmother (the former owner of this house) had here. Mum was looking for a clock that I had not seen since my grandmother had moved here from Yeppoon. I told her that I had not seen the clock. Mum insisted that it was right on the duchess the last time she was here. Nope, not true.

Anyhoo, I was guilted into cleaning out a spare room that I had been using for storage. And, boy-oh-boy, was that room dusty. I found my old laptop in a box. I found a steam mop that I had not put together. I found a few working lamps that would suit my study. And when I managed to break down all the old boxes and put down near the recycling, there was enough room to walk around.

But, by the time I was done, I was all dusty myself. I went to bed satisfied that I made a good attempt at the clean up. Yet, even with a thorough shower, I still woke up this morning with a bad throat. I will have to get tested tomorrow to see if there is nothing more to it than just dust causing the mild illness.
