Not all countries are equal.
Entitled?? In what legal sense? Moral sense?
Realpolitik sense?

Pakistan cheated, as is Iran. India was afraid of fanatical Pakistan.

The Russians and Americans invented it with German Jewish help. Israel is beset by murderous fanatics like Iran.
The Brits and French were victorious (except for the French).
The Chinese? Why do they have nukes? They were starving to death in huge numbers within living memory. Who do they want to deter? Hunger?
