site search function questions
Feb 25th, 2007 at 7:19pm

Hello,

I would like to run a search of all of the posts that I  - or someone else - has made. So, I fill out a search form and add my name in the 'by user' field and leave the 'search for' box empty. I then run the search but I wait a few minutes but no results ever come back. Am I doing this correctly and/or is there a way I can run this search?

Many Thanks.

At the bottom of each profile is a link to view up to 25 of the most recent posts by that person.

eg: http://ozpolitic.com/forum/YaBB.pl?action=usersrecentposts;username=spacscilib

If 25 isn't enough let me know and I'll see if I can increase it. Another option is to use the google search via the home page which lets you search the entire site.
