poland coup d'etat

• Suspension of Court Leadership: Constitutional Tribunal judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska suspended Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański for one month. Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek also requested that their legal immunity be lifted to face criminal charges.
• Police Deployment: Riot police were deployed to the Constitutional Tribunal building in Warsaw after a judge raised security concerns. Protesters and opposition MPs gathered outside, and three people were detained after some breached the fence.

It is part European turmoil, nationalist vs eurocentrics with local specific.
In Poland the conflict surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal has been going on for over ten years and came to the boil now.

Quote:
Briefly about the main points

The judicial crisis in Poland has been ongoing since 2015, when the PiS party began making changes to the Constitutional Tribunal.
The European Court of Human Rights has found that there were irregularities in the appointment of judges.
Donald Tusk’s government is attempting to reform the tribunal, but its president, Karol Nawrocki, is blocking some of the appointments.
On 30 October, the tribunal’s leadership was temporarily suspended, after which protests broke out outside the court.
The opposition is claiming a «coup d’état», whilst the government describes its actions as a restoration of the rule of law.

The crux is that Europe is progressing towards an orthodox Leftism of Music & Entertainment,  along with other Lefty industries.
The Right (politics, military, art, religion,  etc) is failing in Europe and will fail.

Left: Europe. Asia,  Africa & their New World of Oceania.
Right: N.America,  S.America,  Sahul-Australia & their Old World of the Middle-East.
