I saw a clip online of a Republican candidate standing beside her campaign bus defending the Iran war and high fuel prices then asking voters to donate to her campaign to fund the fuel bill. Can’t make this crap up!

Just remember it was Biden who closed down drilling in Alaska, It was Biden who  shanked the oil Keystone pipeline, it was Biden who refused leases he had no power to refuse ... And the problem is entirely Trump's? Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

That has nothing to do with the sharp rise in fuel prices. Trump’s war on Iran has everything to do with it, along with his tariffs. Americans pick a guy who’s businesses have gone bankrupt more than half a dozen times and then act surprised when his economic policies turn out to be disastrous for the country? WOW.

So refusing to do anything about domestic and close allied fuel should not be used to show that fuel bottlenecks, domestically, had any effect on fuel prices?

You have heard of lead times haven't you?

And then of courts there is AGW/CC

Meanwhile according to the UN, USA change to its domestic would add 0.1C by the end of the century.

"Report lead author Anne Olhoff, director of UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, said the U.S. policy change will likely add one-tenth of a degree Celsius (nearly two-tenths of a degree Fahrenheit) to global temperatures by the end of the century.

Colour me unimpressed.

That is an animal sanctuary, dumbass. Plus, it takes years to construct wells and fire them up; Keystone was to be built over sacred native American grounds. And that oil was raw crude to be shipped overseas. Neither one of them would have made any significance, just the rich richer and the land devastated. God damn, you're retarded.

Shut up, lee.

I purchased gas on Friday; $4.49/gallon and I think diesel was over $6.40.

Who exactly made all of Alaska an animal sanctuary? Roll Eyes

Keystone was to be built from Alberta. last time IU looked Alberta wasn't from the USA. Cool

As to Native  American land, the proposed danger was to water.

From Ai:  If you mean Keystone XL, its proposed route did not necessarily cross the boundaries of federally recognized reservations, but it was planned through lands that tribes consider part of their treaty territories and sacred homelands.

$US 1.15/L in the United States. $US 1.67/L in Australia. Marla has a good deal going there for petrol price.

Highest I've seen it was $4.60/g but it fluctuates between $4.29 and $4.49/g. The price of diesel was shocking.
