If it's who I think you're talking about - Dr Abdul El-Sayed - he has explicitly disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood and done so clear as day in a video when asked about this by a man who identified himself only as "Tommy". Records show that until February 2026, he worked as the operations director for Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri. It turns out he was planted there to try to trip up Al-Sayed on this issue. Unfortunately for Tommy and the Republicans, he handled it brilliantly and unequivocally disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood. See for yourself...
