The majority of Tongan and Samoan players are born in Australia or New Zealand. They play in the NRL. England has some good players, but their rugby league teams are not as talented as their rugby union teams. England did play well against France. The French team is just made up of part-timers, with only a few good players.

I would have been happy to have Ireland and Scotland play in the World Cup. Perhaps have the United States play, and even up the pools.
