Search warrants are issued on reasonable grounds for suspicion, not evidence. You use them to find evidence.

Reasonable grounds are usually allegations - somebody said or reported something. They are rarely declined to federal agencies like DHS or a US attorney like Judge Jeanine. The judge has an obligation to approve it.

You would also expect that such an investigation was never leaked to the media during an election. This goes against federal practice, not to mention human decency.

Ilhan's address has been leaked and she's now getting death threats. She's exactly the kind of target you'd expect to get taken down by an extremist. Federal authorities also have a duty to protect people.

8. This step hasn't panned out yet. I'd like to say the American people wise up, send the GOP packing and undo everything.

But we've seen all this before, so it's a little hard to say.

One thing we know, if Judge Jeanine is ordered to press charges, they'll get thrown out of court. DL hadn't had a lawfare win yet.

Despite all attempts to encourage you, you haven't presented a scintilla of evidence, nor have you proposed how any criminal charges could possibly stick.

To be honest, I don't think you need evidence. I believe you have different ethical standards.
