I have never had to fight for an armrest as a passenger, so any predicted reaction would be purely hypothetical on my part. Unfortunately, I was never granted the opportunity to travel in vehicles with armrests as a child, but that's just me. 2. You're asking me a question about your own response. I have not taken vows as a Muselman, so would not assume any response on your part to pertain to religious vilification or 'Islamophobia", as you put it. However, given you are using the pejorative epithet "Paki", specifically intended as a racial slur, why yes. I most certainly do believe your calls for my deportation to be wacist, despite my recorded ancestry as Anglo Celtic. You are using an online carriage service to racially vilify a fellow member. Under federal legislation, this could warrant a criminal offense under the Commonwealth Criminal Code. Your conduct also constitutes grounds for civil redress, should I seek damages for defamation. If it were demonstrated that your racial vilification could be attributed to a lack of suitable forum standards - or even enabling on the part of moderators - the owners of the board could be held responsible for damages also. If I was the board's lawful owner, I would seek legal advice on suitable moderation policies and compliance measures. Does this address your queries? Wherever we have expressed assumptions, we have done so after multiple questions to unpack your views. You, on the other hand, repeatedly spread disinformation. When you are presented with your own statements, you deny saying them. When quoted in full, you deny meaning them - or thinking them. After a bit of prodding, you always agree. So? You say.
