granted asylum to the US as refugees. Her dead father's application is irrelevant.
The State Department
granted Ilhan a passport, thus proving her citizenship.
I'm not sure about you, dear boy, but it's looking pretty hard to see how a minor could possibly have forged an asylum visa, her father's citizenship documents or her own US passport, and nor is it up to the poor dear to prove that she did not.
If you're suggesting Ilhan's marriage to a gay brother is grounds for immigration fraud, it's hardly going to get her deported as a US citizen, but then you haven't actually argued this as grounds, now have you?
