A judge needs probable cause to issue a warrant, apparently Washington judges are majority Democrat appointed and he's laying his career on the line if there is no probable cause. Probable cause means the possibility that a crime - or civil wrong - occurred. We don't know on what grounds the warrant was issued, but that's okay.

No crime can possibly be proven.

Ilhan never applied for citizenship or a visa, so how can she possibly have committed criminal immigration fraud?

That's another question, Setanta, but if you don't want to answer, that's okay too.

That's why they have primaries, Setanta. Yet here you are defending an executive order to lawfare elected reps - by DL.

If a member here wanted to see him gone, that would be one of the top reasons on their list.

The judge who authorised the raid is gay, his 'husband' is an interior decorator. He has been a judge since October 2024.

Judge Sharbaugh reportedly told prosecutors ahead of the search that they would need to set up a process to screen Omar's records in order to protect her legislative work from the investigators.

The probe into Omar is centered on her immigration from Somalia as a child, which includes allegations that she repeated false statements made back then while filling out recent paperwork, sources told CNN.

The DOJ investigated her in 2024 while Biden was in the WH.

US President Donald Trump denied involvement in the investigation when asked about Omar on Monday.

“I understand they’re looking at her very carefully,” he said, calling her “totally crooked” and “a terrible person,” he said. “That’s really up to the DOJ - I have nothing to do with it.”

They are going after Omar because her dead father got a date wrong in 1995.

Then there is Malaria Trump and even Elon who both worked illegally in the country and should have been deported. The exact people that the right refer to as illegals. In Malarias case she was fraudently granted a Einstine visa or was that an Epstine visa ? OH and Trump was supposidly complicit in the fraud. Just another crime in his case business as usual.
