Media companies should be socially responsible.??
If nobody tuned in , there's no.problem

I would argue in a society where health costs are rising 10 % year on year, woolworths Coles Mecca's and KFC have a special obligation to pull a lot of products off their shelves.

Do we blame Mecca's for selling the 150 kg diabetic the happy meal or do we blame the 150 kg guy for buying it.

And if he does buy it. Do we limit his access to taxpayervfunded 5000 dollar a year ozempic or do we pay.

At some stage , if we are to advance as a species, we have to put it back.pn the individual

There is no way I would watch a live execution.
That's toxic negativity and bad karma.

I'd use this as a teaching moment if I was albo and say

You all have agency.
But mental health experts warn this is a bad neural.input.
Just like weed , alcohol , speed, etc you should treat your body as a temple and not let the bad stuff in.

Why yes, Aquascoot. Food proprietors have to adhere to things called health and hygiene standards.

Drug manufacturers have to adhere to things called drug standards. GPs have to prescribe them according to medical standards.

Employers, retailers, service providers, educators, tradespeople and professionals: all are legislated or voluntarily agree to adhere to things called regulations.

Journalists have a code of conduct. Broadcast media has broadcast standards. Fake news outfits follow fake news practices, and on and on we go.

Humans have things called principles. They don't get changed to accommodate the whims of whatever DL you're following on any given day/minute.

We'd like to have agency. AI wants us to have toxic negativity and bad karma. Billionaires like Elon, Jeff, Sundar and the Zuck know this all too well.

Our individual kiddies should not have the US's state-sanctioned violence drilled into them. At some stage, if we are to advance as a species, we have to put it back on the algorithms.
