It won't be live streamed. There will be far too much pushback for it to happen. Maybe members of the victims families might have access to watch on a closed feed if they wish to do so, but I highly doubt the live stream access for you and me will ever happen. Certainly a sicko like Hegseth will watch, possibly Trump himself as well. It certainly won't be shown on any free-to-air television stations or any streaming service. There are laws regulating what they are able to show. Best bet is that if it is somehow live streamed publicly, it's through a government website like the Pentagon or US Army. But I think there's more chance of Trump getting a third term than there is of the general public seeing it.
