Basic Law: Israel – The Nation-State of the Jewish People was enacted by the Knesset on 19 July 2018

Key provisions include:

National Identity: Declares Israel the nation-state of the Jewish people, with the right to national self-determination exclusive to the Jewish people.

Language: Designates Hebrew as the state language and grants Arabic a "special status," downgrading it from official language status.

Symbols & Capital: Defines the state flag, emblem, and anthem, and reaffirms Jerusalem as the capital.

Settlement: Views the development of Jewish settlement as a national value and commits the state to encourage and promote it.

Apartheid.

Racist and Apartheid Zionism is a settler-colonial and ethnonationalist ideology, that privileges one ethnic group at the expense of all others.
