Yet, regardless of the positive intentions or behaviors of benevolently sexist men, benevolent sexism is a form of gender-based prejudice.
It maintains male dominance and a patriarchal order that oppresses women, who are viewed as weak, incompetent, and dependent on men. .........

ARGUMENT;
The opinion of any woman cannot be assumed to be a correct opinion [or an optimum opinion].......just because the opinion in question, emerges from a feminine psyche.

An Australian judge gave a Bhutanese teen 18 months for raping a girl at a Canberra party, then suspended it on the spot because he had only been in Australia six months and had “limited insight into societal norms.”
Justice Andrew Muller sentenced him in the ACT Supreme Court. The boy was 16 at the time. He had arrived from Bhutan about six months earlier. He met the girl at a house party in Holt in August 2025, walked her to a green belt, and raped her. He pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse without consent. Reports of the hearing say he used considerable force.
Muller said the lack of sexual experience and the short time in the country reduced his moral culpability. He said the teen now understands consent needs clear agreement, not just the absence of a no. Prosecutors asked for jail. The judge said rehabilitation was better served in the community. The 18 months is a good-behaviour order until April 2028.
He knew enough to plead guilty. The girl still got no jail time out of it.
