Here's another case of Govts granting Aboriginal Land claims over metropolitan crown lands on a technicality without commonsense. Nothing but a money/power grab over land that is not vacant but in use for the community for over 40 years.

At least they didn't get Lizard Rock at Belrose!  They've been fighting the council and locals for years over this land which is environmentally fragile with diverse endangered flora and fauna.  That is why it has remained Crown Land.  The local Abo land council wanted to build 450 homes there in what is fire prone land.  And damn the endangered wildlife.  All they want is a profit.

...then, of course, the Aborigines will CAPITULATE in the face of any opposition put up by the 27 million and hand over governance, etc to those who can do the job and provide.

THIS IS THE RIGHT WAY TO TRANSITION.

...THE WRONG WAY is for a group of (let's say White people) to prematurely USURP by FORCE and violence (USA style) BEFORE the Aborigines are given their FAIR GO.

Alas, I fear the Media will COVERTLY instigate the latter.
