Sprint reminds me of that sexually enfeebled brain beta male played by Dustin Hoffman in Meet the Fockers.
De Nero's character was also a beta male for the $$$ frigidity.

it was not till the 1980's and later that marital rape was a crime

Quote:
.........Criminalization in Australia began with the state of New South Wales in 1981, followed by all other states from 1985 to 1992.[71] Several formerly British-ruled countries followed suit: Canada (1983),[72][73] New Zealand (1985), and Ireland (1990).[71]

Marital rape was criminalized in Austria in 1989[74] (and in 2004 it became a state offense meaning it can be prosecuted by the state even in the absence of a complaint from the spouse, with procedures being similar to stranger rape[75]). In Switzerland marital rape became a crime in 1992[76] (and became a state offense in 2004[77]). In Spain, the Supreme Court ruled in 1992 that sex within marriage must be consensual........

america is no better

Quote:
.........Reforms of marital rape laws in the United States began in the mid-1970s with the criminalization of marital rape. South Dakota criminalized marital rape in 1975, making it the first U.S. state to do so. Two years later, however, the South Dakota legislature decriminalized marital rape. After this change, marital rape would not be recriminalized in South Dakota until 1990.[152]

The earlier laws of the 1970s often required the husband and wife to no longer be living together for marital rape charges to be brought. The case in the United States that first challenged this cohabitation clause was Oregon v. Rideout in 1978.[153]: 172  Although the husband was acquitted of raping his wife, it spurred the movement towards reform. By 1993 marital rape was a crime in all 50 states.[154] Still, in the 1990s, most states continued to differentiate between the way marital rape and non-marital rape was viewed and treated. The laws have continued to change and evolve, with most states reforming their laws in the 21st century. But there are still states, like South Carolina, where marital and non-marital rape are treated quite differently under the law...........

True sprint.

But modern women are disgusted by men and men only have themselves to blame.

Modern men are weak soft entitled lazy obese addicted and behave like children.
They whine and complain.

Now some of this is the fault of our modern touchy feely nanny state which celebrates weakness and failure.

But this needs to be looked at from an evolutionary point of view.

A woman allowing a man to insert semen into her is selecting  the behaviours and  mentality she wants for her sons and daughters.

Imagine during foreplay , a man confesses to his partner that he is stressed at work, scared of COVID, unsure if the business will turn a profit .

She IMMEDIATELY would be repulsed that such weak DNA could get near her eggs.

Men owe it to women to be strong confident and competent at all times.

For a man to show weakness or uncertainty is to betray his woman.

Men need to man up, lead, take back the burden of leadership from women.

Women do not want it or thrive in it.

Its why there are SO MANY angry women out there.

Weak girly men have let them down

54 years since this was changed.

What's your point?

And tell me in that 54 years what has happened to the nuclear family - 2 parents - Mum & Dad - & the children living together?

And today we have - single parent families - women in the main

children growing up without a father in their lives - and more children living in poverty than there should be after Bob Hawke said back in 1987 -

"By 1990, no Australian child will be living in poverty."

Quote:
“The release of the oral contraceptive pill 'Anovlar' in Australia on 1 February 1961 ushered in a momentous change in women's lives.”

When first introduced, the pill required a doctor's prescription and was initially restricted mainly to married women, depending on the discretion of medical practitioners.

The medication was initially treated as a luxury item and burdened with a heavy 27.5% sales tax, making it quite expensive (costing about 10% of the minimum monthly wage).

In December 1972, the Whitlam government removed the luxury tax on contraceptives and placed the pill on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), lowering the cost to about $1 a month.

The pill went through the same process back then as does any new drug introduced for public medicinal use.

ONTARIO, CA — In a revelation intended to lay a foundation for a better marital relationship, a local wife explained to her husband that her love language is for him to go out and earn all the money and then come home and do all the chores.

The deep moment of vulnerability came one evening this week, as Cheryl Crentist sat her husband, Rob, down to let him know what he could do to help her feel most loved, appreciated, and cared for, which turned out to be all of the work both inside and outside the home.

"It's how I feel loved," she told him. "When I see you getting up early every morning and going in to work all day to earn an income to provide for the kids and us, and then coming home at the end of the day and starting to cook, clean, fold laundry, and put the kids to bed… that's when I feel like you care about me. Make me feel special. It's my love language. So, the more you do that, the more I'll really appreciate it. Thanks, honey."

Husband Rob Crentist agreed that he needed to step up his efforts to express his love for her in the way she best receives it. "I guess it makes sense," he said. "Whenever I take a quick glance over at her on the couch while I'm vacuuming the floors after doing the dishes at the end of a long day at work, I can see her smile of appreciation."

At publishing time, Cheryl had informed Rob that her second love language was Amazon gift cards.

Australia
Explicitly criminalised[22]

Criminalisation in Australia began with the state of New South Wales in 1981, followed by all other states from 1985 to 1992.[23] The government enforced the law effectively. The laws of individual states and territories provide the penalties for rape.[24] The first Australian state to deal with marital rape was South Australia, under the progressive initiatives of Premier Don Dunstan, which in 1976 partially removed the exemption. Section 73 of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act Amendment Act 1976 (SA) read: "No person shall, by reason only of the fact that he is married to some other person, be presumed to have consented to sexual intercourse with that other person".[25]
