Abos caused Mass Extinction.
Sep 1st, 2026 at 11:39am

Scientists have discovered that Sporomella poo fungus in herbivores was abundant before 40,000 years. Then in just 4,000 years - 95% drop to present day levels .

Basically, the Aborigines arrived and hunted, burnt out (Bbq) all Mega Fauna in just 4,000 years across the continent.

End of argument. Not climate change because this happened BEFORE the start of the Younger Dryas period which ended roughly 12,000 years ago.

They genocided the Mega Fauna. Not so spiritually in harmony with the land afterall.

Well, 4000 years to have megafauna decline in number by 95% is not too bad. Colonists from Great Britain managed to depopulate the indigenous people by 90% in about 100 years of first arrival.

Yes. The British just said "Achoo to you too." 😷
But the Abos, having lived a sterile life isolated in a bubble of genetic shallow gene pools, themselves isolated, etc. Were always going to wipe themselves out.
As for genocided massacres etc? Well most happened in Queensland via its Free Settlers and their American right to own a gun.
Tasmania? Again, Free Settlers - who FORCED the British Troopers to protect their self interests of killing the last Denisovans.

H.G.Wells summed it up perfectly in his story WAR OF THE WORLDS.

The first settlers in Sydney Cove basically struggled to survive. Having come off a boat ride, they managed to bring the diseases developing in their petri dish transports onto the land. According to Thomas Kenneally, indigenous people in the area noticed that the new settlers were in a bad way. Whilst the settlers lay malnourished and ill, the indigenous people walked in casually looking for items they found useful. Those items had disease upon them. The indigenous caught the diseases and died off in mass numbers in the area. Settlers exploring the region found bodies of indigenous people in mass graves, looking as if they had died of disease.

The Settler Wars lasted until about the 1920s or 1930s. From memory, there was a law that forbid the killing of indigenous people, created in the 1890s. You can tell me if I am wrong on that part, if you wish.

In any event, if the settlers killed off indigenous Australians at the same rate as the indigenous people killed off the megafauna, we would have a considerable amount more indigenous people in Australia. And they would look a lot darker than the "tick the box" type.

Good post. Yes. The British put in a law of Equality, that White Settlers will hang, if they murdered Abos. It worked in NSW at least, for a good while until some bullying Greenkeeper shot some Wiradjri for his personal whim. Bad choice really, the Wiradjri were the continents most militant tribe. Thus, the war began. The good Whites, like the Sutton's, were left in peace.
So in essence, the Media builds up (for America) the Abos to hate British influence here.
But the British actually protected them often from the evil Free Settlers.
Don't blame the Convicts either, they were chained up.

Keaneally is an Anti English old world Irish twat. Roll Eyes

Kinda feel sorry for the Abos. The Media is building them up with their hatred, for a really big fall, in its aim to undermine British influence and political sponsorship here.
...you see Subby. Australia is NOT about Westernism at all. This is where the future of SLAVIC Europe begins.  Grin

All those Abos and their White loyalists and sympathisers will be (soon) lost, like... tears in  rain.
In other words. Sure, they have a connection (thousands of years) to the PAST here.
But the FUTURE is connected to European Eastern ism (Slav), not aboriginalism.

It will be a mass extinction of aboriginie culture soon too.
...and the Media won't save em.

I read something similar many years ago. Scientists have long suspected that ancient humans wiped out large mammals. Duh!

Double the amount of people identifying as Aboriginal in Australia now than before 1788.

In fact the population increased by 25.2% between the 2016 and 2021 Census alone.

A 25% in a 5 year period - what's that tell you?

I doubt it is double the amount. I guess that there were at least 750,000 indigenous people in Australia before the year 1788. Now there is estimated 920,000 indigenous Australians. Included are my two daughters. Though both of them say that, even though they know they have indigenous ancestry, they don't claim to be indigenous.

Most people who claim to be indigenous, do have an indigenous relative. But there are mainly those who look non-indigenous and have little to do with indigenous lifestyles (cultural meetings, traditional living, continuing the indigenous languages of the region, etc) who really should not be ticking the box and claiming indigenous status.

It was the same impact everywhere for back then. Europe, America's, Asia, etc.
All mass extinctions via Sapiens.
Homo Erectus, Neanderthals, Denisovans. Not so.
...but the Aborigine Theme is that they didn't do it, climate change did it.

Apparently according to a program on SBS this week, they had undersea dwellings off the north west coast somewhere.... you'd better believe it... where's Captain Nemo on this one...

Researchers found that 25,000 year old Songline, Dreamtime, etc stories of offshore coastline habitations off Queensland were in sync with Ice Age lower sea levels.
Can't fault them on that one.

Just a shame the Aborigine past didn't formulate writing, even if on stone, to transcend through Time for future memory.
Instead that had to verbally remember over the centuries.
I'm sure so many stories and knowledge was lost long ago and even recently, because of such frailty.
Lucky the Middle-East came up with recording Speech onto stone by the expression of writing.

Pauline's being dragged over the coals for stating the fact; Oz aboriginals were the most primitive on earth in 1788 (though apparently there are still undiscovered races in the Amazon).

In any case, Oz needs to assimilate them and close the gap.

Truth was that 'by' 1788 they were PRIMITIVE in so many ways compared to most parts of the world. Southern Africans at least developed Herding stock, metal jewellery and Kraals. Central & South America built stone cities, etc.

But their violence was not so primitive to the violence of Civilisations and mass scale warfare.

Materialisticly the were Stone & Wood Age. Nothing more.
They may have lead the world 100,000 years ago. But stagnated in their isolationism and never changed.
....imprisoning themselves in the past. Deathy by their OWN custody.

I don't really mind if indigenous people keep some of their culture. They just need to cut the violence and child rapes as much as possible.

The only way to close the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous Australians would be if the indigenous put in the effort.

Emu x Rock = Indigenous Maths

At some point in the future, embarrassment being slow to dawn on some, the patronising piffle reproduced below might well vanish from the NSW Department of Education website. For the record and until then, this is how the ever-fashionable poobahs of pedagogy will continue ‘teaching’ mathematics.

Read on and be appalled.

______________

Five ways maths is used in Aboriginal cultures

Five ways maths is used in Aboriginal culture from counting, patterns in season and weather, symbols, storytelling and land markers.

Story telling: Aboriginal cultures are steeped in storytelling. But how is this used to solve maths problems?

The numbers and operations in equations become symbols or characters. These characters then take part in a story. For example, the actions might bring characters together in a story (addition and multiplication) or take them apart (subtraction and division).

Animals and birds can be used to symbolise individual numbers. Physical movement or dancing is also important.

Dr Chris Matthews of the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Maths Alliance describes how Aboriginal children turned the equation 4 x 2 = 8 (4 twos is equivalent in value to 8 in total) into a dance about flying brolgas. A group of two children, acting as brolgas, flew together, and then linked up with another group of two, and then two more groups of two to become a collection of eight in total.

Story telling is a vital part of many cultures and it’s something that many children will respond to. So using Aboriginal story telling will really be of value to the learning of many students.

Counting in fives: Some Aboriginal cultures use a counting in five system for keeping track of their count. It’s sometimes known as ‘body tallying‘.

This visceral, physical method of counting is a great way of helping children to explore mathematical ideas.

This counting in fives system has been used by some Aboriginal cultures for thousands and thousands of years.

Seasons and weather: The Gooniyandi people in Western Australia study weather and seasonal patterns to tell them when is the best time for hunting and collecting different plants and animals.

Many Aboriginal nations have their own calendars according to the unique geography and climate of its (sic) region. This helps with understanding sequences of time and mathematical language.

Using land links to understand maths: It takes the powerful connection that Aboriginal people have with the land to connect content to specific places.

For maths purposes, this is called ‘Land links’. Land Links means working with plants and natural phenomena, such as rocks, or fauna, to find and solve maths problems, connecting science, art and cultural history with mathematics.

Using symbols and visuals to work with maths: Does your child find maths hard to visualise? They may find maths easier to do with a hands-on approach.

One strategy that’s been used by Aboriginal cultures for thousands of years uses symbols.

The learner enters a maths problem via an image. This holistic image is used to refer back to when working with number sequences and simple equations. This means the learner can work out where the sequences are going. This also applies to patterns where symbols can be used as part of storytelling.

You can encourage your child to come up with their own symbol. For instance, creating a symbol for a group of three and then a symbol for a group of six.

Then what happens when they’re added together? What symbol is created out of that story?
