Vic Gold Member Offline Australian Politics Posts: 8707 Melbourne Victoria Gender:	48 years ago today Aug 26^th, 2026 at 7:39pm I (25 and sworn Batchelor) married my wonderful wife (19 and looked after me in a navy hospital). It has had its challenges but overall has been a great part of my life. Three sons complete the family.

I turned 47 nearly 6 months ago. I got to 35 years of age before I finally decided that I had been hurt too many times to really develop a committed relationship. Most of the relationships I have had were just short-term.

But I guess the pressure is now off and I could get back into the dating scene. My daughters have gotten into their teens and early 20s. And it is a bit of an embarrassment to be single for too long.

At this stage...
