There are very few obese people over the age of 70. My father was quite fat in his 50s. But, after being diagnosed diabetic, and having realised his age, he lost quite a bit of weight.

Whatever is keeping Donald Trump alive, it must be quite effective. I bet he sleeps 10 hours per night, and has relaxation therapy. I don't doubt Mr Trump's dedication to his work. But he is living on borrowed time without an extended personal time.

Greggery, the man takes three-day weekends at Mar a Lago. The only time he turns up to work is to do a press briefing or one of those ludicrous cabinet meeting media cringe-fests.

The only "work" he does is his late-night binges on Truth Social, and most of them are either pointless threats to attack Iran, calls to LAWFARE his political enemies or AI memes of himself as Jesus, the Obamas as apes, etc.

The rest of his time is spent doing deals to fleece foreign countries of their cash, putting them onto his "boys" Eric and Don Jnr to funnel it through to the Trump Org.

The only reason Tallow and his pals leap to his defence is they know DL's there to serve Vlad. He's now gone in to bat for North Korea, Vlad's closest remaining ally, technically still at war with the US. DL's turned the entire Western alliance against America, which is now seen as a global pariah and pretty much a rogue state.

He's the only prez to start a new endless war, deplete 80% of US defence stocks, watch every US base in the Middle East obliterated, get categorically defeated and have his arse handed to him by a bunch of mullahs in the space of five months.

Not to mention being personally responsible for tax cuts that have created the biggest structural deficit in US history with no way out other than a future default.

Not to mention shutting down a fifth of the world's energy and fertilizer supplies, destroying the economies of the gulf states and most likely starting a global recession by the end of 2026.

We could go on and on. Literally everyone doubts DL's dedication to his job as prez, no one even questions it.
