Flat Croissants

These are also called 2D croissants and/or Croissant Nurungji and they are totally delicious.  They're crispy and light and flaky and yum and a Korean viral treat.

Unfortunately the only shop I know near me who makes them, Sweet Lu, doesn't do them anymore.

I've tried doing them myself but they never end up with that crunch!

Boo hoo!

I have a craving for them today so I found another Korean bakery through Uber Eats but when I signed up to Uber (I use Doordash) they wanted to know what I had for breakfast and said that if I continued I agreed to marketing from several different people and text messages as well.  There was NO opt out option.  So bye bye Uber.  No thanks.

No croissants for me today it seems.   Angry

Hey Baron, I thought of you when I saw this framed photo of yachts at Hamilton Island in a shop.
