Yes, I checked out the validity of those stats too and found out they were - as expected - bogus.

You'll notice it says 46.8% are not employed.

It doesn't, however, tell you that 46.8% are receiving unemployment benefits because they aren't.

That figure misinterprets census and labour statistics by confusing economic inactivity (people who are students, looking after family, retired, or long-term sick) with people receiving unemployment benefits.
