I actually got up to go have a look at myself in the mirror. I had this idea that my looks gave up on me by my late 30s. But, upon spotting my reflection, I have to admit that I am quite a handsome man for someone my age.

But, that said, I don't really consider myself the representative of Australian culture. And I would not consider Martin Bryant to be anything other than a loser dropkick who thought he could get away with infamy through suicide by authority figure.

I don't know what you are thinking these days. White people make up around 15% of the world's population. By the time I turn 60, the percentage would likely drop to 10%. White people are getting displaced and replaced by other ethnicities that only exist because their women folk were not allowed to say "no" to sex. Then again, white people are losing their numbers because white women are allowed to say "no" to having babies.

Today I spoke with an Indian pump handler (sic) ... I mentioned the rising cost of fuel ... as an intelligent and thinking man he said it would go further and further .... I asked what it was all about? He replied that it was about power and control... and we both agreed that trading - an Indian speciality - would produce far greater incomes and results..

Meantime, my 2.7 liter turbo Ford Terr Uh Tree still gave less than 40 litres for around 550 km... tell me you get that with your 1.6 litre piss wacker...

We agreed that if I were to ... make a deal ... with those 'men' who are imposing upon this fragile and steadily closing in planet .... I should rightly be cast from this House and banished forever to the outer fringes of human society... never to return ......

What say you, my fellow Ozpolitans? Do we make a deal and surrender our way of life .... or do we stand as one for Humanity and vanquish the Dark Side?

That has been going on for quite some time. Before (or just after graduation) a former classmate told me that she was not going to get married or have children. "Too many people on the planet" -- back when there was not quite 6 billion on Earth. It did not stop her getting married. But she waited so long to get married that I doubt she had any children before or after she got married.

Answer to the question - I don't really know - I've never really encountered it ... same as I've never encountered misogyny and 'gender hatred' or transphobia or islamophobia or any other of the claimed oppressions....

I've just tried - starting with NOTHING - to get ahead and retire with comfort.

Comfort for me is having the Old Girl disabled spending 3-4 days with her sister ... and me tripping the wilds fantastic ...

Why does Firefox say 'islamophobia' is a wrong word? Oh .... yeah... it doesn't exist in the real world.

Oil-producing nations could not even give their stock of oil away -- some even paid to have the oil taken off their hands. But the fact remains, oil prices are high because there are too many people on the road. I can understand that there are people who need to get to and from work. And then some do delivery driving.

And whilst there are necessities to driving around, I figure that the rest of the world should make the concessions so that I don't have to pay more than $1/L to drive around. The only problem is how to get them to do that.

If I used airconditioning, I might have to do a fuel up just outside of Brisbane. I might even make it. Given the fuel consumption of my car around town with airconditioning, I could do 100km and only move the fuel needle 1/4th the way. But, when I get out onto the highway, I have a habit of driving around with the windows up, but the airconditioning off -- just using the vents for air flow. That might be different if I was driving during the summer months. I might crack the windows down a little.

It would be my first trip to Brisbane driving there. It would be plausible to get lost going there without a map or GPS. My knowledge of Brisbane is about as limited to knowing the route of the suburban train service, and that highway from the airport to the central business district.

But the point is, given the car's efficiency for town driving, if I stick to a maximum of 110 km/h on the highway, I would get to Brisbane on less than a tank of fuel.
