1. Sleepy Joe's DOJ prosecuted anti-abortion activists under the 1994 FACE Act.

2. Sleepy Joe's press secretary warned states to pass laws that complied with the Constitution or face legal challenges from the DOJ.

3. Sleepy Joe, retired prez, filed a lawsuit to prevent the current DOJ from releasing transcripts of his private conversations with a biographer.

You're using these three points to defend your DL. That's nice, Lee. Here's what you're defending him for:

1. Ordering Attorney Generals to prosecute political enemies. His directive to Pam Bondi could not have been more specific: What about Comey, Adam "Shifty" Schiff, Leticia??? They're all guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done...We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!

2. Directing the DOJ to personally pay him $230 mil in damages for prosecuting him. The DOJ acknowledged the request, but refuses to comment on victim settlements.

3. Having his old friend Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted sex trafficker, transferred to a minimum security security work farm where she has a service dog, massage therapist, her own private area in the prison with snacks to receive visitors and the use of the warden's office to make calls and use computers.

4. Starting up a pay-to-play pardon business, wiping out nearly $2 bil in fines and restitution payments, commuting the sentences of fraudsters, drug traffickers and violent felons, in return for cash transfers and political donations. Of the pardoned Jan 6 rioters alone, 97 have gone on to reoffend: DV, violence, sex crimes, gun crimes, drugs, DUI, the lot.

5. Suing the DOJ, then ordering them to "settle", demanding a $1.8 bil compensation fund for his political loyalists and lifetime immunity from all IRS tax audits. A recent court ruling described the deal as an unparalleled exercise in self-dealing.

6. Covering up over 50% of the Epstein files in direct violation of
the Epstein Files Transparency Act (ETFA). The legislation was passed because he refused to release them in the first place. Those who have accessed the files report his name mentioned over a million times, in connection with multiple reported sexual crimes, some against children.

7. Suing the media, a direct affront to the First Amendment, is something no prez has even dreamed of doing. He's even gone after his political enemies legal firms, targeting lawyers who've defended or prosecuted cases against himself.

Out of all of these facts, this one gets to the heart. The lawfare, the pardons, the payouts, the legal and procedural violations - all of it unprecedented, all of it illegal. They are all being carried out by the president's personal lawyer, who now gets to decide which federal crimes get prosecuted.

None of these acts are remotely comparable to Sleepy Joe, just as they're not comparable to any other prez. The closest you'll find is Nixon, forced to resign for covering up a burglary, a crime that seems tame by comparison. JD, of course, said just that.

During Joe's administration, the DOJ was hands off. The law was blind and applied equally to all. Sleepy never even stood in the way of the prosecution of his own son. Your DL, by comparison, has turned the DOJ into his private law firm, according to his very own AG.
