Trump DOJ hit with 12th straight loss in voter roll crusade after court dismisses its New York demand

A federal judge threw out the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) lawsuit seeking New York’s unredacted statewide voter registration list, delivering another blow to President Donald Trump’s effort to seize sensitive voter registration data.

Friday night’s ruling marked the department’s 12th straight loss in lower courts in its legal crusade to force all 50 states and the District of Columbia to hand over their voter rolls to the federal government.

If it were anybody else, you’d be asking when will he learn? But this is Trump, and we know based on past experience that Trump will ignore it and keep appealing and clogging up the courts. He really should be barred from bringing any new cases and labelled a vexatious litigant.

An interesting reverse mirror image of Roe v Wade in a sense - states are adamant about keeping electoral laws state- based, in opposition to federal efforts to make them comform to federal legislative standards.
R vW federalised state riggts to legilate on abortion and its overturn returned those legislative rights to the states. Here th states are resisting an electoral version of R vW being fedrally imposed on them.

Yep.

Most of the lawyers involved will end up being disbarred at some stage.

They never learn.  Ever.

Trump must have lost more court cases than any other individual in history.

It's hilarious.
